Do you work for an organisation based in North Somerset?
Researchers from Cardiff University are working with the North Somerset Healthy Workplaces Programme to better understand employees’ experiences of health and wellbeing at work. We are inviting people who work in North Somerset to take part in our evaluation study and help us learn what supports healthy workplaces, what challenges employees face, and how workplace health and wellbeing initiatives can be improved.
About the evaluation
The North Somerset Healthy Workplaces Programme is a free, award-based scheme that supports employers to improve the health and wellbeing of their workforce. The programme aims to create healthier workplaces, reduce sickness absence, and support happier, healthier employees.
This independent evaluation is exploring:
- Employees’ health and wellbeing needs
- Experiences of workplace support and workplace culture
- Awareness of health and wellbeing initiatives at work
- What helps or prevents people from engaging with workplace health and wellbeing support
- How the programme can be improved in the future

We are inviting employees within North Somerset from all sectors, organisation sizes and job roles to complete a short confidential survey. Your views matter, whether or not you have used health and wellbeing support at work.
