Are you struggling with an extreme build-up of items?

Do you have an excessive attachment to these items?

This is an increasingly common problem that can impact an individual’s mental health and wellbeing, and that of those around them.

Our Hoarding Support Group offers small informal opportunities to listen and chat with people looking for practical advice and encouragement to improve their quality of life.

Monthly meetings on first Thursday of each month 10.30am – 12.00 noon
