ChatHealth – Confidential Text Support

ChatHealth is a confidential text messaging service run by the School Nursing Service. It allows children and young people to contact healthcare professionals for advice on:

- Stress, anxiety, self‑esteem

- Smoking, drugs & alcohol
- Sexual health inquiries
