Get Active Pass – Under 18 sign up
If you are a local practitioner who is supporting an inactive child or young person as part of your job role you can use the below form to refer them for a Get Active Pass.
The child or young person you wish to refer must:
- live in North Somerset
- take part in less than 30 minutes of physical activity per week.
The get active pass provides five free and five half price visits to any of the North Somerset Leisure Centres and is valid for three months. The pass can be used for the following activities: swimming, gym (including an induction), court hire for badminton and squash.
Once you have referred the child or young person you are supporting, you will be emailed a get active pass acceptance letter within ten days, it will be your responsibility to provide this letter to the parent/guardian or child / young person you have referred as this letter must be taken to the leisure centre and shown at reception for a get active pass to be issued by the leisure centre. The child or young person will have six weeks from the date of the letter to collect their get active pass.
