A new offer of Liver Health support in The Bournville is being launched, created by North Somerset Council’s Public Health team, For All Healthy Living Centre, and generously supported by Alright My Liver NHS, Nuffield Health, Pier Health Primary Care Network and other local partners.

If your recent liver scan has suggested you may be at increased risk of poor liver health, join our new peer to peer support for people with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).

If you are registered at:

  • Horizon Health Centre
  • 168 Medical
  • Graham Road
  • Tudor Lodge
  • and have a medical history that means you could be at increased risk of poor liver health (see the below increased risk of poor health health list)

At the event you can:

  • meet others from the neighbourhood who have similar health concerns
  • together plan how we can make changes to get going with healthy habits to look after our health
  • enjoy ‘brunch club’ together (light brunch will be provided)

Welcome event sessions are on: Monday 29 July 2024

Three time slots available: 10am, 2pm or 6pm (each event will take about one hour)

Where: ‘The Sub’, opposite the For All Healthy Living Centre, 68 Lonsdale Avenue, Weston, BS23 3SJ
