Tips to save money on your food bill
There are a few ways in which we can start to shave the extra pounds off our food bills, such as:
- planning meals and trips to the supermarket
- saving leftovers
- replacing some of the meat we buy with plant-based options
- storing our groceries correctly
- Help the environment and your pocket at the same time by cooking more food with less energy. The kitchen is a great place to start making energy savings and changes to bring those bills down. Fridges, freezers, ovens, kettles can all be used more efficiently by changing a few kitchen habits.
