If you’re living with a long-term health condition, Five in Five is a great way to build small amounts of activity into your day.

Doing Five in Five is simple:

  1. Download the Five in Five booklet to find seven different mini-workouts.
  2. Each one includes five movements which you can do seated or standing for one minute each, to build a five minute workout.
  3. You can also pick your five favourite movements to create your personal Five in Five routine.
