Vita Health Group provide a lifestyle course for people with mild-moderate symptoms of depression or anxiety. The aim of the course is to help you make improvements to your physical activity levels, feel more motivated, and have more energy.
- Contact over a 6 -12 week period aiming to kickstart your exercise and lifestyle goals to help improve your mental health.
- Help to improve your knowledge on motivation, exercise for mental wellbeing, nutrition for mental health, improving sleep routines, and building resilience to stress
- A different exercise class each week, suitable for all levels of fitness and can be done from the comfort of your home!
