Vita Health Group provide a lifestyle course for people with mild-moderate symptoms of depression or anxiety. The aim of the course is to help you make improvements to your physical activity levels, feel more motivated, and have more energy.

Support includes:

  • Contact over a 6 -12 week period aiming to kickstart your exercise and lifestyle goals to help improve your mental health.
  • Help to improve your knowledge on motivation, exercise for mental wellbeing, nutrition for mental health, improving sleep routines, and building resilience to stress
  • A different exercise class each week, suitable for all levels of fitness and can be done from the comfort of your home!
