To help us plan for future events we’d love to hear about your experience. As a thank you for completing
the feedback form, you can be entered into the draw to win a £50 voucher to spend in-store at Outdoors and Active or a £50 Love to Shop voucher. (The draw will be random so there is not an option to choose which voucher you receive)
Any results we publish will be anonymous and any personal information you give is confidential and will not be shared. You only need to tell us your name and email address if you want to be entered into the draw.
Entries for the prize draw should be submitted by 5pm on Sunday 16 June 2024. The winner will be notified by email on Monday 17 June.
Prize draw terms and conditions
1. The prize draw will be held on Monday 17 June 2024 and the winners will be contacted by email. 2. Your chance of winning does not depend on any answers given in the feedback. 3. Only those aged 16 and over and resident in the UK may enter the prize draw. Only one entry per person will be eligible for the prize draw. 4. One prize of a £50 Outdoors and Active voucher, one prize of a £50 Love to Shop voucher and no alternative prize will be offered (the Outdoors and Active voucher can only be redeemed in-store and is not valid for online purchases). 5. There will not be a choice of which voucher you receive. 6. To be entered into the prize draw you need to submit this survey by 5pm on Sunday 16 June 2024
