Cycling Together for Better Health
Free led cycle rides
We believe cycling is for everyone, and we’re here to support you on your journey. If you live or work in North Somerset and are confident riding a bike, returning after a break, or looking to build confidence, we can help you get back onto your bike!
Cycling as an adult (18+) after a long absence can feel daunting, but you’re not alone. Our friendly instructors will help you build confidence and skills at your own pace.

Guided Ride Sessions
There will be 2 groups to choose from:
- Rides of up to an hour at a comfortable, beginners pace
- A progressive programme, each week spending longer in the saddle.
Both are led by British Cycling qualified leaders who will support you throughout.
Please note spaces are limited and priority will be given to the following individuals:
Those doing less than 30 minutes of physical activity a week and/or with one or more of the following:
- Living with at least one long-term health condition
- Those from ethnically diverse communities
- Those who are long-term unemployed or have never worked
- Those with mental health conditions
Starting on Thursday 23 April, 6.30pm at The Tropicana on Weston-s-Mare sea front, then a different location each week.
