Our H.E.N in Pregnancy course is delivered by a Public Health Specialist and Pre & Postnatal Personal Trainer, and aims to provide you with support and specialist advice on a range of topics to help support your health and wellbeing after birth. The Postnatal H.E.N course is a 12 week course and runs as a rolling course, meaning you can join at any time within the first year after birth.

The postnatal H.E.N course includes:
- Gentle exercise for postnatal recovery
- Ways to support your mental wellbeing
- Eating well for parenthood
- Support to reach your own health goals
- Visits from local family support organisations
- Bring baby with you

You can join Postnatal HEN if you:
- Live in North Somerset
- Had a baby in the last 12 months
- Have had your postnatal check from your GP
- Are able to attend a minimum of nine sessions
