Men Get SHRED is a progression ‘ladder’ for men who want to build or progress their functional fitness and health.

There are six sessions in total, delivered fortnightly.

Session 1: Sleep (for repair and recovery)

Session 2: Hydration (for mental and physical function)

Session 3: Relaxation (including stress management for performance mentally, pain and movement management)

Session 4: Exercise (building physical capacity, strength and muscle definition)

Session 5: Diet (optimal protein intake, functional fats, sources of vitamin mineral intakes and exercise support)

Session 6: Onwards planning / maintenance and applying this ongoing
