Joe Wicks (aka “The Body Coach”) and the Department of Health and Social Care – DHSC are bringing back Activate, the animated fitness series designed to “make movement fun” for children during the summer holidays!

Each YouTube episode is around five minutes long and blends animation, upbeat music, and simple workouts to spark children’s natural energy.
